  • Identified hail damage during inspection after a hail event in 2016
  • Represented ownership during inspection with insurance companies adjusters  to quantify the scope of loss
  • Negotiated with insurance company to reach a settlement on the scope of loss and the replacement cost
  • Performed a complete tear-off of existing roof and installed a 70,000 sqft  Lifetime warranty shingle roof system
  • Handled all required closeout procedures with insurance company
