SCOPE OF WORK

  • Identified hail damage during inspection after a hail event in 2007, 2012, & 2016
  • Notified management company of our findings & initiated an insurance claim
  • Represented ownership during inspection with insurance companies adjusters  to quantify the scope of loss
  • Negotiated with insurance company to reach a settlement on the scope of loss and the replacement cost
  • Performed a complete tear-off of existing roof and installed a 150,000 sqft  Lifetime warranty shingle roof system
  • Oversaw the successful replacement of all exterior trades related to the damage sustained in the hail storm
  • Handled all required closeout procedures with insurance company
