Emergency Roof Tarping Authorization
For Hustad Companies, Our National Preferred Roofing Partner
In the event of a hurricane, tropical storm, high-wind event, hail, or other severe weather causing roof damage (including but not limited to blown-off shingles, punctures, or openings that expose the interior of the building), the undersigned property owner/representative authorizes Hustad Companies, Inc., a national partner of our management team, to provide emergency tarping services as needed to protect the property and mitigate further damage.
Terms of Authorization:
- This authorization is granted with a not-to-exceed amount of $25,000 for emergency tarping services per occurrence.
- Authorization is for emergency protective measures only, not permanent repairs.
- Work will be limited to installation of tarps and related materials necessary to temporarily secure the roof.
- Hustad Companies, Inc. will provide documentation of work performed and associated costs and can work with your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
- This authorization remains in effect for the 2025 hurricane season unless revoked in writing.
