SCOPE OF WORK

  • Identified hail damage during annual inspection process
  • Notified management company of our findings & initiated an insurance claim
  • Represented ownership during inspection with insurance companies adjusters & then building consultants to quantify the scope of loss
  • Negotiated with building consultants to reach a settlement on the scope of loss and the replacement cost, taking into account building code upgrades covered by insurance
  • Performed a complete tear-off of existing roof and installed a 300,000 sqft  fully adhered TPO roof system, including all new coping metal in under 60 days
  • Replaced over 100 commercial HVAC roof top units
  • Oversaw the successful replacement of all remaining items damaged in the hail storm
  • Handled all required closeout procedures with insurance company
